Pricing varies from job to job. No two asphalt paving projects are the same. We don’t have a way of getting someone an exact cost for paving a driveway over the phone unless its a super simple project.

There is not a set price per square foot for Cost of paving on any driveway paving project. With minimal grading and no excavation we can get you a close price over the phone for paving as long as you know the square feet area you plan on having paved. We typically don’t send out an actual quote until we have made a site visit.

Cost of chip seal project

The cost of a chip seal project is somewhat easier to determine than asphalt paving. We seldom chips seal less than 10,000 square foot projects unless we have several in the same area. Most chip seal driveways in the Willamette Valley can be done for about half or less than the price for new asphalt.

Recycled Asphalt Millings

Recycled asphalt or Millings prices will vary depending on several factors. The job location, the availability of the materials and the job size. The bigger the job the less it is per square foot. Typically it runs about 1/3 of the price for a hot asphalt paving project. This type of paving will not give you the same instant hard surface as hot asphalt.
